• Renowned LASIK Surgeon Endows a Chair at USC Keck School of Medicine
  Charles Manger III (photo right) of the Laguna Hills-based Saddleback Eye Center endows a chair in corneal laser surgery which will support ongoing research related to correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness and other refractive errors. David Huang, associate professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Keck School, director of the Laser Vision Center at the Doheny Eye Institute and inventor of optical coherence tomography, will hold the inaugural chair in corneal laser surgery.
